Teenage Fanclub

Teenage Fanclub is one of the great British bands, one of the many that has never caught on here in the States. While a few alternative British bands (like Radiohead) make an impact on American charts, brilliant bands like Travis, Doves and Teenage Fanclub remain criminally unknown over here. r

On Tuesday Teenage Fanclub released a brilliant compilation featuring tunes from their six albums. Entitled “Four Thousand Seven Hundred & Sixty Six Seconds”, it’s a tremendous overview of this wonderful band. Just two days into listening to it and already it’s made its way on to my top 10 of 2003 list.
